COVID-19 – How it is affecting our business
Please see more information below giving our assurance that we are continuing to take all necessary precautions, if required to keep our customers and ourselves safe.
Where households are vunerable
We understand that vulnerable households may still require additional precautions to keep you safe. We can work with you to understand your households particular needs.
Experiencing symptoms
Together, we ask that we maintain regular contact via telephone and or email should symptoms occur and will look to rearrange site works if confirmed as Covid-19.
Social distances
We’re happy to arrange and maintain social distancing where required. We continue to carry hand sanitizer and wipes with us and use them regularly.
Suppliers & delays
Our suppliers, whilst in most cases are operating business as usual, there are some occasional delays due to staff shortages etc. We will keep you fully informed as to any impacts to planned works.
Payment terms and conditions
Please refer to our Information page for details of deposit and payment terms and conditions. Our preference for payment is via BACs but cheques are still acceptable.
